The thick ethernet cables used in ROVs, such as CAT5 and CAT6, are not flexible, provide short-range communication, and add excessive weight. By integrating an ROV communication module into your ethernet communication line, you will achieve much faster and longer-range communication with a 2-pin and 0.22mm very thin cable. It is compatible with Raspberry Pi, Pixhawk, and ArduSub. This communication module is an ideal solution for the communication of unmanned underwater vehicles. Additionally, it is also suitable for other applications requiring long-distance communication.
The ROV communication module operates at 12V. In addition, it has one RJ45 ethernet input and a signal output consisting of a 2-pin terminal block. It also has a very easy installation. All you need to do is plug the ethernet cables into the RJ45 input, connect your communication cable to the signal outputs, and power it on. The signal outputs are represented by the letters L and N. During the installation phase, the cable connected to the L pin inside the ROV must also be connected to the L pin on the module connected to the computer. Similarly, this rule applies to the pins represented by the letter N.

Thanks to the communication module, you can use thin and flexible cables instead of thick and bulky CAT6 cables that negatively affect movement underwater. With the PLC (power line communication) method, you can integrate the communication line into
